OTM Summer Internship (June 15 - July 31)

At the Economic Awareness Council (EAC), we care about preparing students and families for the economic and financial decisions they will make both today and tomorrow. For this reason, we have partnered with Chicago Youth Works to offer a summer internship that enables young adults to become money mentors, teaching other teens about financial literacy.

GRADUATING HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS & COLLEGE STUDENTS:

  • Apply for the Chicago Youth Works On the Money (OTM) Paid Internship for Chicago Residents

  • As an OTM money mentor, you will be able to...

  • Get trained to conduct and lead hybrid (some in-person, some online) financial education presentations for youth employees through Chicago Youth Works

  • Have the opportunity to meet with professionals in a career field of your interest

  • Earn a financial literacy certification

  • Monday -Friday, 9:30 am to 3 pm with 30-minute lunch (some special schedules as needed)

  • 20 hours per week/ $17.05 per hour/ June 15-July 31
